On the evening of June 9, 2021, a trip to the grocery store turned fatal for 44-year-old Douglas Storm in a tragic encounter in South Tucson, Arizona. Storm, a father of four, was walking with his wife from their nearby apartment to the Food City on South 6th Avenue when he briefly turned back to retrieve a forgotten item.
