Raymond Alvarez Jr., an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, was tragically killed on November 1, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the city's northeast side. According to reports, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call about a person shot in the 3900 block of Trilbey Drive. Upon arrival, they found Alvarez sitting in the driver's seat of his vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
