Nigel Willis, an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2015. He was fatally shot in the 3600 block of Dubarry Road on the city's Far Eastside. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM, and Willis was found critically injured at the scene. He was immediately transported to Eskenazi Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
