In the winter of 2015, the life of 24-year-old Jerode Cursey, a male resident of Gary, Indiana, came to a violent and tragic end. On Thursday, December 17, 2015, authorities were called to a grim scene where a van was discovered engulfed in flames within a local garage. Inside the vehicle, they found Cursey's body.
