In the early morning hours of February 21, 2016, Rozzell Moore Sr., a 67-year-old male, was fatally shot in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the 3700 block of North Keystone Avenue, near the intersection of 38th Street and Keystone Avenue.
