Gina Tan, a 27-year-old resident of Anderson, Indiana, tragically lost her life on April 3, 2016. The incident occurred in the home she shared with her boyfriend, David Anthony Willis, and their 6-year-old son. According to reports, Anderson police were called to the scene on the 3500 block of Brown Street around 6 p.m. on a report of a person shot.
