Dayla Swain, a 26-year-old female, was fatally shot on February 2, 2025, in Anderson, Indiana. Authorities believe she was an unintended victim in a targeted attack meant to silence a witness in a separate murder case. The shooting occurred outside Sonny Ray’s Café in the 1500 block of South Madison Avenue. Swain was struck by gunfire while speaking to a man in a Ford F-150 pickup truck.
