Rafael Angel "Ralphie" Rodriguez, a 24-year-old resident of Muncie, Indiana, was tragically killed on April 10, 2016. The incident occurred in his apartment located in the 5200 block of West Canterbury Drive. Rodriguez was shot in the chest during an attempted robbery that was orchestrated to steal methamphetamine from him. He succumbed to his injuries approximately two hours later at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
