In the early hours of a summer morning in Indianapolis, the life of Simon Marcus Wills was tragically cut short. On August 2, 2016, at approximately 3 a.m., Simon, a 34-year-old male, was fatally shot in the 2900 block of North LaSalle Street on the city's northeast side. Known affectionately as 'Frog,' he was born in Indiana on March 5, 1982.
