Reynaldo Pizana, a 17-year-old from Anderson, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 22, 2016. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of West 7th Street around 4 p.m. on that Tuesday. According to reports, Reynaldo was found unresponsive by officers from the Anderson Police Department and was subsequently taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
