Candice Pigee, a 26-year-old mother of seven, tragically lost her life on February 24, 2017, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head outside a home in the 800 block of North Rural Street. The discovery was made by a woman who was leaving her house to take her daughter to school.
