On April 29, 2016, the life of 27-year-old Brittany Bailey was tragically cut short in an alley on the west side of Indianapolis. A Black female, Bailey was discovered with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The devastating event unfolded as a result of a domestic dispute with her husband.
