In the spring of 1992, a 26-year-old woman named Robin Fuldauer was working at a Payless ShoeSource in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a graduate of Indiana University and had a bright future ahead of her, with dreams of starting a family. On April 8, 1992, what began as a normal workday ended in tragedy when she was fatally shot in the back of the head in the storeroom of the shoe store.
