On the morning of September 14, 2016, a violent discovery shook a neighborhood on the Far East Side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Tiara Roberson, a 22-year-old African-American woman, was found deceased inside a vehicle parked along Delmont Drive, near the intersection with 42nd Street and Mitthoeffer Road.
