Brandy Brock, a 31-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost her life on September 11, 2018, during a road rage incident. The incident occurred on the east side of Indianapolis and involved a confrontation between two drivers, one of whom was Andrew Holder, 47, who was driving the car in which Brandy Brock was a passenger.
