On a Tuesday morning in Indianapolis, a dispute on the road escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 31-year-old Brandy Brock. The incident, which unfolded on September 11, 2018, began as a case of road rage in the 6000 block of East 38th Street. Brock was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Andrew Holder when an exchange with another driver turned violent.
