On December 4, 2025, the Irvington community of Indianapolis, Indiana, was shaken by a violent incident that resulted in the death of 68-year-old female Terri Lee Heady. Heady was working at Josephine's, a clothing boutique located on East Washington Street, when the tragedy unfolded during the evening hours.
