In the summer of 2026, the life of 35-year-old Doris Jean Davis was tragically cut short in an act of violence that stunned her community in Indianapolis. On the afternoon of July 6th, police responded to a report of a shooting near the intersection of East 13th Street and North Gladstone Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
