Dai-Ghia Hogan, a 21-year-old woman from Indianapolis, was found dead on March 1, 2022, along Interstate 70 on the city's east side. Her body was discovered by an Indiana state trooper around 7:23 a.m. near the 93.3-mile marker. Hogan had been shot three times in the head, twice in the back and once in the face, leading to her death being ruled a homicide.
