Lawrence Barnes, an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, was tragically shot to death on the night of April 13, 2017. The incident occurred at the Shadeland Inn, located on the east side of Indianapolis. According to reports, the shooting happened around 10 p.m. during an argument in one of the motel rooms. The Marion County coroner's office confirmed Barnes' identity the following morning.
