Anton James Jr., a 25-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2017. The incident occurred during a violent altercation involving multiple individuals and a significant quantity of methamphetamine. On that fateful night, South Bend Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 2100 block of Frederickson Street.
