Death by Force

James D. Franklin, aged 57, was tragically shot and killed on the night of February 15, 2018, in Gary, Indiana. According to reports, officers responded to a call about shots fired in the 4200 block of Kentucky Street shortly before 10:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Franklin lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
