Michael Marks, a 41-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically murdered on February 28, 2018. His body was discovered in a shallow grave covered in concrete at a storage building on 29th Street in Indianapolis. The investigation revealed that Marks had been shot to death, and his body was subjected to brutal attempts at disposal, including the use of lye and concrete.
