Cornelius Dent, a 33-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2018. The incident occurred at the Falcon Creek Place Apartments, located near 46th Street and Lafayette Road. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), officers were dispatched to the scene around 10:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.
