In the late summer of 2018, the life of 33-year-old Cornelius Dent, a Black male, was cut tragically short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the evening of September 3rd, police were called to a distressing scene at a northwest side apartment complex. There, they discovered that Dent had been the victim of a shooting.
