Death by Force

Eric Phillips, aged 37, was tragically shot and killed on June 23, 2018, in South Bend, Indiana. His body was discovered by an off-duty police officer in the parking lot of the McConnell Family Boathouse on Northside Boulevard. Phillips had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
