In the summer of 2018, a tragic event unfolded on the east side of Indianapolis that cut short the life of a young boy. On the late evening of July 12th, 13-year-old Harry Taliefer, a male student at Decatur Middle School, found himself in the midst of a neighborhood disturbance.
