In Milwaukee, a 22-year-old Asian man named Timothy Phonisay lost his life in a tragic and unforeseen incident. In his home, located near 44th and Keefe, a moment of posing with a handgun turned devastating. As he attempted to holster the weapon, it discharged. A single round entered his right groin area, setting in motion a chain of events that would end in his death.
