On a summer morning in 2014, the life of Damien M. Roche, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from Cudahy, Wisconsin, was tragically cut short. On August 1st, his body was discovered in an alley in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee, specifically in the 300 block of E. Burdick Avenue.
