On a Tuesday afternoon, Othon Herrera-Conchi, a 52-year-old Hispanic male originally from Mexico, was driving his truck, making his way home. The day was April 22, 2025, and as he traveled along the 1700 block of S. 7th Street near W. Historic Mitchell Street in the Southside of Milwaukee, his journey came to a sudden and violent end.
