Death by Force

On a cool evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on November 13, 2017, the life of 23-year-old Donovan Drew James Hines, a Black male, was tragically cut short. He was driving a friend's car near the intersection of 29th Street and Hampton Avenue when the vehicle was riddled with bullets. Hines was struck by the gunfire and died from his injuries. The car he was in was shot at 14 times.
