On a late Saturday evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 28-year-old Jeremy Hollins, an African-American male, was cut short by gunfire. On May 23, 2015, just after 11:30 p.m., Hollins was shot in front of a residence near 6th and Reservoir. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene. In the immediate aftermath, the circumstances leading to the fatal shooting remained unclear to investigators.
