Death by Force

Joshua P. Lopez, aged 27, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2018, in Marion, Indiana. The incident occurred late at night, around 11 p.m., in the 900 block of W. 3rd Street. Lopez, who had recently moved from Florida to Marion in February of that year, was one of two victims in a fatal shooting. The other victim was identified as Justice D. Jackson, aged 23. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers from the Marion Police Department.
