Tuajuan Kennedy, a 23-year-old man from Chicago, was found dead on September 7, 2018, in Gary, Indiana. His body was discovered in a patch of grass near the woods in the 1000 block of East 41st Place. Upon arrival, Gary police officers found Kennedy with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was declared dead at the scene. The Lake County coroner's office identified the deceased as Tuajuan Kennedy from the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago.
