In the fall of 2022, a hardworking man named Hector Negron, known affectionately as 'Tow Daddy,' was unexpectedly torn from his family by an act of senseless violence. On the evening of November 13th, the 49-year-old Hispanic male was driving his tow truck in Chicago, Illinois, when he tragically found himself caught in the crossfire of a rolling gun battle between individuals in two other vehicles.
