Arnell Davis, aged 39, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2018, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred at a busy intersection on North High School Road near West 38th Street. Davis was stopped in traffic when a Dodge Ram truck pulled up to the passenger side of his vehicle. Keith Smith, the driver of the truck, fired multiple shots into Davis' car, hitting him six times.
