Delvin Devante Mitchell, a 25-year-old resident of Evansville, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2019. Born on December 27, 1993, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Delvin was remembered fondly by his family and friends for his encouraging and inspiring nature. On the night of his death, Evansville Police responded to a call about gunshots fired in the 2300 block of Frisse Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Mitchell inside a vehicle, having been shot in the head.
