Kevin Allan Jackson, a 27-year-old resident of Kokomo, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when police responded to a report of a shooting at 615 W. Markland Avenue around 12:54 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Jackson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and chest. Despite the efforts of medics, Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene.
