James 'Jimmy' Allen Winters Jr., a 31-year-old White/Caucasian male, was a man known for his big heart and his love for working on cars. On July 10, 2019, his life was tragically cut short in Jeffersonville, Indiana, at his place of employment, a Big O Tires store. The events that led to his death began with an altercation earlier in the day with his co-worker, Bobby Powell. The dispute escalated, culminating in a fatal encounter.
