Alvin 'Wayne' Bickell, a 63-year-old male, passed away on August 1, 2019, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana. Born in Claremore, Oklahoma, on November 26, 1955, he was a resident of Columbus at the time of his death. Mr. Bickell was a veteran, having served in both the Indiana and Oklahoma Army National Guard. He was also a 20-year member of the IBEW Local 481.
