In the early morning hours of August 28, 2019, the life of 26-year-old Kenneth Keeylen, a male from Indianapolis, Indiana, was cut short by an act of violence. The incident unfolded on the city's east side, near the intersection of English Avenue and Sherman Drive. Reports from that time indicate that police were called to the vicinity of Bar 52 shortly after 3 a.m. following reports of a shooting.
