Aaron William Scott, a 30-year-old man, was fatally shot on September 23, 2019, in Gary, Indiana. The incident also resulted in the death of 32-year-old Kerry Rice Jr. and left two others wounded. The shooting occurred in a vehicle, and authorities later identified Michael Sherrod Smith as the suspect.
