In the early morning hours of October 17, 2019, the life of 26-year-old Dominic Andrew Price was tragically cut short in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Price, a Black male, was found with fatal gunshot wounds at the Bluffton Park Apartments located off Bluffton Road. The incident, which unfolded around 2:15 a.m., was preceded by some sort of disturbance, according to reports from law enforcement. Witnesses in the vicinity recalled hearing the sound of multiple gunshots piercing the night.
