In the quiet city of Elkhart, Indiana, a tragic incident cut short the life of 15-year-old Austin Charters. On the evening of Friday, November 15, 2019, police were dispatched to the Northlake Apartments, where they found the young man with a severe gunshot wound. He was rushed to Elkhart General Hospital but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
