On the evening of December 8, 2019, 15-year-old white male Dalton Wayne Fisher was fatally shot in Kokomo, Indiana. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the Lincolnwood Apartments on Mark Lane. Dalton had accompanied his 22-year-old sister, Kyli Fisher, to the location, where she intended to sell marijuana.
