On a cold December evening in Kokomo, Indiana, the life of 15-year-old Dalton Wayne Fisher was tragically cut short. It was Sunday, December 8, 2019, when police responded to a call of shots fired at the Lincolnwood Apartments shortly after 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the young white male with suspected gunshot wounds; medics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
