Raymond McDuffie, a 61-year-old resident of Portage, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2020, in Gary, Indiana. The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Clark Road. According to reports, McDuffie was involved in a road rage incident that escalated into a fatal shooting.
