In a tragic incident on March 30, 2020, 32-year-old Jose Alberto Martinez-Blanco, a Hispanic male, was found deceased with gunshot wounds in a residence on the 5700 block of Manning Road in Indianapolis. When officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene just before noon, they discovered another individual, 42-year-old Victor Alfaro, also suffering from a gunshot wound.
