Jose Alberto Martinez-Blanco, aged 31, tragically lost his life on March 30, 2020, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred on the northwest side of the city, specifically in the 5700 block of Manning Road. According to reports from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), Martinez-Blanco was visiting a family when he was shot by Victor Alfaro, the estranged husband of the woman living at the house.
