Ysmael Garcia, a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically found dead on May 21, 2020. According to reports, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) discovered Garcia's body inside a car on the near east side of the city. The discovery was made just before 3 a.m. when an officer on patrol was flagged down near Washington and Pine streets.
