On July 14, 2020, Seth Robertson, aged 36, was tragically killed in an unprovoked shooting incident in Brownsburg, Indiana. The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. at the Brownsburg Cemetery located at 56th Street and North Grant Street. Robertson, along with another man, was working at the cemetery when 22-year-old Joshua Hayes arrived at the scene and began shooting at them without any apparent motive.
