In the early morning hours of August 15, 2020, the life of 18-year-old Jason Ke'Von Lottie was tragically cut short in South Bend, Indiana. A passerby discovered his body lying in the street in the 1700 block of Woodmont Drive and alerted the police shortly before 2:00 a.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Jason Lottie deceased, having sustained at least one gunshot wound.
