In the winter of 2020, a domestic dispute in South Bend, Indiana, escalated into a fatal encounter, claiming the life of 29-year-old Juan Luis Garcia. A Hispanic male, Garcia was shot and killed on the afternoon of February 12th in the vicinity of Dubail and Grant streets.
