Tre’von S. Sandford, a 19-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2020. The circumstances surrounding his death were both violent and distressing. On that fateful day, Tre’von was involved in a car crash near the intersection of 38th Street and College Avenue. However, it was later determined that he had been shot prior to the crash. This revelation shifted the focus of the investigation from a mere traffic accident to a homicide case.
